The First Seminar of the PRIN project CWALM – A lexical corpus-based model of Contemporary Written Arabic, entitled A corpus-based lexical model of Contemporary Written Arabic: interlinguistic and transdisciplinary aspects, will take place in Milan, at the headquarters of the Free University of Languages and Communication IULM, on 9 and 10 February 2023.
The Seminar will be held in the Seminar Hall of the IULM Building 1 and will be divided into two parts: (i) an Open Seminar (10/02/2023 – 10:00-13:00 | subject to availability); (ii) an Internal Seminar (09/02/2023 – 9:30-17:00 | 10/02/2023 – 14:30-17:00).
The Open Seminar will focus on the interlinguistic and transdisciplinary aspects of the project; the Internal Seminar will be a good opportunity to monitor the progress of the project activities in its first eight months of life as well as to specify the necessary objectives, roles, tasks and responsibilities to successfully implement the project.
The Seminar will be broadcast in live streaming to allow the participation of all the staff of the three research units involved in the project.
